DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate the 4th annual Race Amity Day in the Tri-Valley advancing public discourse and promoting “E Pluribus Unum” – “Out of Many\, One”\nListen to local artists\, quotes\, and inspirational stories as we gather to rejoice and honor our collective diversity.  Light refreshments will be served. \n\n\nSunday\, June 9th @ 1-3pm at Las Positas College in Building 2400\, Lecture Hall Room 2420 (Address: 3000 Campus Hill Drive Livermore\, 94551) \n“We can all practice oneness through acts of unit\, small and large\, and by building relationships of love\, inclusion\, and reciprocity.” \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOrganized by volunteers of the Dublin Diversity & Inclusion Alliance with the support of Alameda County Supervisor David Haubert\, the City of Dublin\, Las Positas College and Tri-Valley Bahá’ís. \nThe National Center for Race Amity is working to move public discourse on race beyond the blame-grievance-rejection framework to one that recognizes and celebrates our ability to overcome racial prejudice through association\, amity and collaborative action.
