EarthFest exists because of your congregation’s contributions and support! Thank you for making the event feasible to share with the San Ramon Valley community.

We have compiled a variety of publicity materials for your use. Please utilize them in inviting your congregation’s members to the event and to recruit volunteers. We want this materials to be easy-to-use and meet your needs for communication. If additional resources or formats would be helpful, please let us know! Email I.SRV.Events@gmail.com with suggests or for assistance with accessing the Digital Publicity Kit.

For our 2025 event, please complete the Co-Sponsorship Invitation, donation, and insurance by March 1st. Here are resources to assist your congregation:

Co-Sponsorship Invitation Please make sure the following are completed: financial support, a certificate for liability insurance, your high-resolution logo, designation of point person/s for promotion & volunteers, and identifying your communication team.

Press Release This will inform your congregation about the significance of EarthFest and encourage their participation.

Insurance Information This Shared Liability protects our host congregation St. Timothy’s. Please return insurance document to St. Timothy’s Parish Office.

Financial Support

Congregation’s financial support should be submitted to Peace with Peace as the Designee and I-SRV noted. The administration of I-SRV’s funds is through the office of Peace Lutheran Church. When submitting your financial contribution for EarthFest, please note I-SRV with your submission.

For check, use mailing address: 3201 Camino Tassajara, Danville, CA 94506. Make check to Peace Lutheran Church with I-SRV noted. If delivering the check in person, verify the office hours before making a special trip by calling (925) 648-7000.
