Water will be available in the Gathering Hall, and we invite you to bring your own re-usable water bottle.
Food will be available for purchase in the Labyrinth Garden area.
Service animals are welcome.  Please leave pets at home.
For Our Community Partners and Supporting Faith Organizations
We are excited and grateful that you will be present at this interfaith event celebrating our shared stewardship of our planet Earth.
The following information is for organizations who are having a table or booth at the event.
Your Arrival Time / Set Up: 11:00 – Noon
End Time: 4:30
  • Please arrive at Peace Lutheran Church with your table and/presentation equipment for set up between 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Sunday, April 21st.


  • Once you enter the parking lot, look for a Parking Guide wearing an orange vest.  They can tell you which area your table will be located and where you can unload your vehicle closest to that location.  Volunteers will be available in the unloading zones to assist with moving tables or shade structures.


  • After equipment is unloaded, you will be asked to move your vehicle to a designated area to accommodate parking for event visitors/guests.


  • The event officially begins at 12:30 PM and ends at 4:30 PM.


  • If you need assistance or to ask a question before, during or after the event, look for someone wearing a neon vest or a volunteer name tag.  Otherwise, please go into the Gathering Hall for assistance at the Information Table.


  • Cleanup and moving items back to vehicles will be from 4:30 to 5:30 PM. There will be volunteers available to help move equipment and direct parking.


  • Tables and booths will be located outside in either the Courtyard or Labyrinth Garden Area.


  • We will have some chairs available but not enough for the number of people who will be at the event.  If you have a comfortable chair that works for your table and outside, we recommend bringing it.


  • An alternative is to drop off some items, such as tents, tables and chairs, on Saturday April 20, 2:30 – 4:00 PM.  Please label all items brought on Saturday with the name of your organization and a contact name and number!


  • Remember to bring a reusable water bottle and sunscreen.  Water will be available in the Gathering Hall throughout the day.


  • You are welcome to bring your own food or purchase food from food vendors at the event.


  • We plan to have the event schedule posted on our website by April 20th.  We invite you to come inside to the Sanctuary for the programs happening at 1:00, 3:00, and 4:00 and to participate in other activities throughout the day.
